TIP Fellows to Present Curriculum Units at the Penn Museum

On Wednesday, June 11th, TIP Fellows will present their curriculum units inspired by the Penn Museum's exhibition, Native American Voices: The People – Here and Now, at the Penn Museum! The event is open to the public and will take place at 4pm in the museum's Nevil Classroom, located on the second floor.

The curriculum topics include: Poetry in the Present Tense; Understanding Native American Music; Fact versus Fiction: Christopher Columbus and Thanksgiving; Geography of the Lenape Diaspora; Children of the Earth and Sacred Places; and Math through the Eyes of Pueblo Peoples.
